Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with local communities and expand access to Spectrum's high-speed data and communication services. You will represent trusted products through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers and drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of sales or relevant work experience.
• Must be able to travel to assigned territories and company facilities, including during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals and highlight Spectrum's solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
