Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with communities and represent our high-speed data and communication solutions. This field-based role emphasizes face-to-face engagement as you grow residential customer base and drive Spectrum's growth.

You will tailor solutions through needs analyses, present compelling proposals, and complete accurate documentation while working with a team to meet monthly targets. A base salary plus incentives fuels total earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and facilities.
• Must work evenings and weekends as needed to maximize contacts.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors' activities within your territory and report to your manager.
