Job summary

Astound is hiring for a dynamic residential direct sales role. You will engage residents in person, pursue leads daily, and sign-up service contracts in a field-based environment.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions offers strong earning potential, with total earnings up to and beyond six figures for top performers. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Must have reliable transportation and, in some markets, a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue provided leads daily and pursue property contracts.
• Understand property portfolios and service levels to tailor solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance to management.
• Stay informed on market competition and adjust strategies.
