Levittown Ford in Levittown, NY is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy, high-volume dealership service department. You will be the primary contact between customers, technicians, and the service team, driving service opportunities and customer satisfaction.

This role requires Ford dealership experience and 2+ years in service advising, with strong communication and sales skills to maximize revenue while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Formación

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• 1+ year automotive dealership experience.
• Ford dealership experience preferred; dealership service experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or other automotive DMS systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns.
• Schedule automotive service and maintenance appointments.
• Review vehicle history and identify recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Explain automotive repairs, maintenance services, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Prepare and present accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Coordinate repair workflow with technicians and dispatch.
• Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Obtain authorization for additional repairs.
• Maximize service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation.
• Explain completed repairs and recommended future maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive and workspace.
