Job summary

Levittown Ford, part of the VIP Automotive Group of Long Island, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our Levittown, NY service department. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Saturday schedule and lucrative commission/bonuses.

Ford dealership experience is preferred, and dealership service operations knowledge is essential for building customer relationships and maximizing service opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
1+ year of automotive dealership experience
Ford dealership experience preferred
Experience with automotive DMS systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
Schedule automotive service and maintenance appointments
Explain automotive repairs, maintenance services, and manufacturer recommendations
Prepare and present accurate labor and parts estimates
Maintain detailed and accurate service documentation
Maintain strong customer relationships and CSI performance
