Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership.
• Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Drive revenue by recommending maintenance and repair services.
• Provide accurate estimates and confidently present service recommendations.
• Set expectations and keep customers informed every step of the way.
• Monitor repair progress and maximize efficiency of each repair order.
