Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and answer questions about vehicles.
• Help customers select a vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product features, performance, and benefits to prospects.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and walk through operating features, warranties and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to service department and available maintenance options.
