Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and team oriented.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and options and determine customer needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure understanding of features, warranty and paperwork.
• Stay informed on inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and demonstrate service value.
