Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and options to prospects and describe all optional equipment.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay updated on inventory and how features benefit customers.
