Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing results at Capri North and South in Las Vegas. You will lead tours, follow a structured sales process, and provide exceptional resident service to help prospective tenants find their new home.

Typical schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00am–7:00pm, with base pay plus lucrative commission opportunities and benefits. Live onsite options and growth opportunities are available within AIR’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and create moments that matter.
