CentralIndiana Muncie - AMG Specialty Hospital is seeking a Wound Care Nurse (RN) to provide advanced inpatient wound care in a high-acuity LTAC setting located inside IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN. This employee-owned facility offers an ESOP and a 401(k) plan with company contributions.

The role requires Indiana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications (WCC preferred), and prior wound care experience in ICU/Step-down settings.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Indiana is required and must be active.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; WCC preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivers advanced inpatient wound care.
• Assesses and treats complex acute and chronic wounds.

KeyResponsibilities

• Delivers advanced inpatient wound care.
• Assess, evaluates, and treats patient’s complex acute and chronic wounds
• Monitors and manages wounds per treatmentplans.
• Collaborateclosely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patientoutcomes.

JobRequirements

• Education: Graduate of anaccredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active,unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLSand ACLS certifications.
• Preferred Certification:Wound Care Certification (WCC)
• Experience: Prior woundcare nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down,CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainself-motivated RNs passionate about wounds and critical care.
• Skills: Strongclinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal andwritten English.
