CENTRAL INDIANA‑AMG SPECIALTY HOSPITAL is seeking a High-Acuity Charge Nurse (RN) for full-time, all shifts. The facility operates inside Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield, IN, offering competitive pay and shift differentials, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for FT RN staff.

As an employee-owned LTAC with a small patient population, the Charge Nurse will lead a nursing team, coordinate high-acuity care, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in Indiana (Active, unencumbered).
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.

Compensation: Competitive Market Pay + Shift Differentials

Bonus :Offering $10,000- Sign-On Bonus* for FT Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical nursing team and delivers advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patientstransitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, respiratorytherapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Works collaboratively to keep CCO & CEO apprised of situationsof that may place hospital at risk.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU,Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainself-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency inverbal and written English.
