CENTRAL INDIANA AMG SPECIALTY HOSPITAL is seeking a High-Acuity Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts at our Muncie location inside IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Role includes ventilator monitoring, wound management, and coordination with RNs and physicians to improve patient outcomes.

We offer competitive pay with shift differentials, a $7,500 sign-on for FT LPNs, and employee ownership via ESOP plus a solid benefits structure including 401(k).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (LPN).
• Active Indiana LPN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior high-acuity/acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced LPN care for high-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring and complex wound management.
• Administer medications and care interventions for transitions from ICU levels.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy teams to optimize patient outcomes.

AMG Specialty Hospital is aboutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced practical nursing care forhigh-acuity patients, including ventilator monitoring, complex treatments,and advanced wound management under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and implement careinterventions for patients transitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, respiratory therapists,and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., Acutecare, Step-down, or high-acuity LTAC) is preferred. Must be anengaged, self-motivated clinician
