AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenfield, IN is seeking a High-Acuity Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time and part-time shifts. This ESOP-owned LTAC facility provides advanced care for patients requiring extended ICU stays and ventilator support.

Responsibilities include delivering complex nursing care, coordinating care cycles, and partnering with physicians and therapists to improve patient outcomes. Indiana RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and ICU/step-down experience are highly valued.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Indiana Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in high-acuity settings (ICU/step-down) preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and fluent English communication.

Compensation: Competitive Market Pay + Shift Differentials

Bonus:Offering $10,000- Sign-On Bonus* for FT Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patientstransitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, andleadership to drive positive patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU,Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainself-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency inverbal and written English.
