Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Hancock Campus in Greenfield, IN seeks a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN). The role includes evaluating and treating wounds in long-term acute care, communicating changes in condition with physicians and care teams, and performing general nursing duties with supervision.

ACLS is required for RNs; current Indiana RN or LPN licensure and BLS are required. Wound care certification preferred; licensure and duties support ESOP ownership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
• Wound care certification and experience preferred.
• ACLS certification required for RN only.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat wounds in in/outpatient and long-term acute care settings according to policy.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long-term acute care setting.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and care team.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
