AMG Specialty Hospital – Northwest Indiana seeks a High-Acuity Clinical Supervisor (RN) for the FT night shift at our Crown Point facility. You will lead an advanced nursing team, oversee care cycles for high-acuity patients, and partner with physicians, respiratory therapists, and leadership to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates are grads of an accredited nursing program, hold Indiana RN licensure with BLS and ACLS, and bring prior high-acuity ICU/step-down experience.

• Strong clinical assessment capabilities; leadership experience.
• Professional fluency in verbal and written English.

AMG Specialty Hospital is aboutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As a privately held specialty hospital,our Clinical Supervisors and Nurses are highly valued, share in our success andenjoy a close-knit, specialized clinical environment over a massive, impersonalhealth system.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading & supervising clinical nursing team and supports deliveringadvanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patientstransitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, respiratorytherapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Works collaboratively to keep CCO & CEO apprised of situationsof that may place hospital at risk.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU,Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainand precept self-motivated RNspassionate about critical care.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities and prior leadershipexperience; engaged, self-motivated clinical leader; professional fluencyin verbal and written English.
