Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Amelia, OH seeks a Shift Leader for a full-time role (37–40 hours weekly) across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift with a pay range of $13.50/hr – $15.25/hr. The Shift Leader supports the Store Manager and delivers the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities include guest services, dipside item prep, POS/gas console operations, stocking, security, and maintaining a safe, clean store. Must be legally qualified to sell alcohol/tobacco and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS terminals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with store operations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and sundries for customers.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process transactions and make change.
• Stock shelves and maintain dip cabinet, coffee/ice equipment.
• Monitor security and follow cash drop procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe operation of equipment.
• Complete time records and related documents accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
