Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist clients in Preble County, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN opportunities available; you will support daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship under RN supervision.

Applicants must hold an active Ohio STNA or CNA license and have caregiving experience or training; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio STNA license or Ohio CNA license
• One year of verifiable caregiving experience under RN supervision
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helps with transfers, ambulation, and mobility
• Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as needed
• Performs light housekeeping and laundry
• Monitors and reports changes to supervising nurse/care team
• Provides companionship and emotional support
• Maintains accurate documentation of care provided
