Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides (STNA/CNA/HHA) in Piketon, OH. You choose 7pm–7am shifts, with part-time opportunities and a focus on one-on-one in-home care for those who have served our country.

Ideal candidates bring HHA or similar experience and can pass an RN competency assessment. The role involves skilled transfers, vital signs, ROM, and helping patients with ADLs, while offering benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage and HSA/FSA options.

Qualifications

• HHA or similar experience and ability to pass competency assessment with RN.
• TB test current or recently performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services to patients in their homes.
• Perform skilled tasks such as transfers, vital signs and ROM as appropriate.
• Document care timely and accurately.
• Support activities of daily living and basic housekeeping as needed.
