Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring Home Health Aides in Montgomery County, Ohio and surrounding areas. The role includes assisting clients with daily living activities, transfers, meals, and light housekeeping, with reporting to the supervising nurse.

Strong communication and reliability are essential, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. The position requires an active Ohio STNA or CNA license (CNA must be under two years old) or one year of RN-supervised caregiving.

Qualifications

• Must have Ohio STNA or CNA license active.
• CNA license must be less than two years old.
• At least 1 year of verifiable caregiving experience under RN supervision (last 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Help with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for client care.
• Monitor and report changes to supervising nurse/c care team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Adhere to personalized care plans and communicate patient needs.
