Qualifications

• HHA or similar experience - must pass competency assessment with RNTB test.
• Reliable transportation to reach clients' homes.
• Average hourly pay in range stated by employer.

Responsibilities

• Range of motion assistance and ADLs support.
• Vital signs monitoring as part of in-home care.
• Timely and accurate documentation of visits.
• Skilled transfers as needed.
• All activities of daily living including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
