Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking Home Health Aides to deliver in-home healthcare services to clients in Ohio. You select 7pm-7am shifts, full or part time, enabling balance with school, travel, or family while making a meaningful difference for those who served our country.

One-on-one patient relationships, comprehensive benefits, and support from an experienced team await. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care settings.
• Competency in transferring patients safely.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document findings.
• Proficiency in activities of daily living assistance (ADLs).
• Capable of light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to patients.
