Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Home Health Aides and CNAs in Ohio to work Tue/Thu 8am-12pm with potential to grow caseload. You’ll deliver in-home patient care, perform ADLs, vital signs, and document progress while enjoying a flexible schedule and benefits. Contact Katie for details.

Experience as HHA/CNA and a TB test are required; compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour with full-time benefits package options.

Qualifications

• HHA or similar experience (must pass competency assessment with RN).
• TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home healthcare services with one-on-one patient focus.
• Perform ADLs and daily tasks to support health and quality of life.
• Document care and progress in a timely, accurate manner.
