Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate LNA/HHA/CNA caregivers to join our team in Concord, NH. These full-time positions cover day and evening shifts in a warm, home-like environment dedicated to delivering quality resident care.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and engaging residents in meaningful activities while providing emotional support. Training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desired.

• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior.

We are looking for compassionate LNA/HHA/PCAs to join our team, full time all shifts! Our main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full Time Days Evenings 3p-11p

Part Time Days 7a-3p Evenings 3p-11p

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required. No certification? No problem! We will train the right person.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
