Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Haverhill, MA is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. Full-time daytime or evening shifts with competitive hourly pay. The role focuses on delivering warm, home-like resident care and supporting well-being.

Full time Days 6am - 2pm or Evenings 2pm-10pm

$19-20.25/HR

As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
