Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like environment. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support to residents.

Valid CNA/HHA license is required; experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred, with dementia experience being desirable. Join us to help residents feel safe, respected, and engaged in meaningful activities.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
