Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, NH is seeking PCAs for full-time positions across day, evening, and night shifts. The role centers on delivering compassionate assisted living care to residents in a warm, home-like setting along the Seacoast.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and engaging residents with meaningful activities. Benefits are offered, including holidays, health coverage, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Full Time Opportunities!

Days 6a-2p

Evenings 2p-10p

Nights 10p-6a

Rates: $20-21.25/HR

Your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:
