Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. Shifts are 7:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–11:00pm, with weekend options: Sunday–Monday or Friday–Saturday.

You will assist with ADLs, document care, engage residents in meaningful activities, and offer emotional support in a supportive environment. Valid HHA license required; dementia experience preferred.

Formación

• Valid HHA license is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is preferred but not required.
• Experience with residents with dementia is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate HHA to join our team! As a Home Health Aid, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm

Schedule: Sunday & Monday, or Friday & Saturday

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
