Job summary

Benchmark's Atrium at Cardinal Drive in Massachusetts is looking for compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with day, evening, and overnight shifts are available.

As a Home Health Aide, you will deliver care in a warm, home-like environment, assist with daily living activities, document care, and report changes to staff. Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required; prior experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting preferred but not required
• Experience caring for residents with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report health changes to staff.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care.

Days 7a-3p

Evenings 3p-11p

Nights 11p-7a

$19-$20.25/HR

As a Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
