Macomb Community College is seeking a testing proctor/administrator to support HESI A2/ADN/PN testing operations. You will coordinate schedules, reserve rooms, and ensure accessible testing accommodations for students with disabilities, in line with ADA requirements.

You will also proctor and assist with announcements, communications, and reporting, working with managers and deans to maintain smooth testing services across campus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university OR equivalent professional experiences in test proctoring and administration.
• 1-2 years’ experience in proctoring standardized testing and 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Manager and HPS Administrators with coordination of all tasks related to the administration of the HESI A2/ADN/PN testing.
• Monitor Evolve testing website and coordinate schedules for testing with input from Manager/Associate Deans.
• Reserve testing room and ensure documented testing accommodations are met; respond to CAL inquiries.
• Communicate testing logistics to faculty, manager, and Associate Deans; post announcements on Macomb.edu and CANVAS.
• Build schedules for registration testing with other college departments.
• Proctor, read, or scribe tests for students with disabilities per ADA requirements.
• Process proctor testing forms and related paperwork; check-in processing and issue resolution.
• Develop reports on testing procedures and outcomes; recommend and implement improvements.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proctoring/administration
