Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Academic Proctor to assist in administering course examinations and placement tests for students with academic accommodations. The Proctor ensures a secure testing environment and adheres to Testing Policies and accommodation requirements.

You will proctor a variety of tests (course exams, HESI, TEAS), coordinate with faculty to obtain testing materials, maintain confidentiality, assist with exam setup, and communicate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Intermediate computer skills and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This position assists in the administration of course examinations and placement tests for students with academic accommodations. The Academic Proctor is responsible for overseeing the students and maintaining the testing environment according to the Testing Policies and individual academic accommodations.

Coordination of Learning Center

• Proctor a variety of tests, including but not limited to: Course Examinations (Nursing and Health Sciences), HESI (Health Education Systems, Inc.), and TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills).
• Coordinate with faculty to obtain testing information/materials to proctor exams in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of student testers and all testing materials.
• Collect and Return testing materials to the appropriately designated faculty member.
• Report any issues/concerns with testing or testing procedures to the Coordinator-Learning Center.
• Assist student testers, where necessary, with exam set up, reading and/or scribing as designated by individual academic accommodation.
• Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful and courteous manner with students, employees, faculty, and the general public.

EDUCATION
