Job summary

Macomb Community College is seeking an organized Testing Administrator to coordinate HESI A2/ADN/PN testing, manage the Evolve system, and ensure accommodations are met. You will schedule tests, reserve rooms, and communicate with faculty and deans to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s level qualification or equivalent proctoring/administrative experience, plus 1–2 years in proctoring and 2+ years in administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in test proctoring and administration.
• 1–2 years’ experience in proctoring standardized testing.
• 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager and HPS Administrators with coordination of HESI A2/ADN/PN testing; monitor Evolve testing site.
• Create testing schedules with input from Manager/Associate Deans; reserve testing room.
• Ensure testing accommodations are met by handling CAL inquiries.
• Publish announcements to students via Macomb.edu and CANVAS shells.
• Coordinate with faculty, manager and Associate Deans on testing logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments to schedule testing registrations.
• Monitor and direct students to complete testing successfully.
• Order testing, process payments and reconciliations.
• Proctor/read/scribe tests for students with disabilities per ADA.
• Assist with check-in and troubleshoot testing issues.
• Process proctor testing requests and related tasks.
• Develop reports on testing procedures and outcomes.
• Recommend and implement improved testing procedures when directed.
• Complete proctor testing forms and paperwork.
• Create/testing help guides for staff.
• Assist Learning Center with New Proctor Training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
