Job summary

Sunoco LP is seeking an accomplished HES Compliance Manager to oversee Environmental Management, Safety & DOT compliance across assigned facilities. You will manage FRPs/SPCC plans, environmental permits, hazardous waste programs, and incident investigations while driving continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and the ability to coordinate with operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operation

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental health and safety (HES) compliance across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA/DOT regulations.
• Ability to manage permits, reporting, and audits.
• Strong incident investigation and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain FRPs and SPCC Plans.
• Manage environmental permits and compliance obligations (air, stormwater, wastewater, industrial discharge).
• Oversee hazardous waste programs (VSQG, SQG, LQG).
• Manage spill reporting, emergency response, and remediation projects.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and information requests.
• Conduct HES training for facility personnel.
• Audit and track corrective actions; QA/QC of reports.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of HES programs across facilities.
