The role focuses on developing HEOR strategies, conducting economic modeling, and generating real-world evidence to demonstrate asset value for payer reimbursement and market access. Qualifications

• PhD or Doctoral degree with 2+ years experience, or Master’s with 4+ years.
• Experience leading complex products and early-phase HEOR strategy.
• Strong knowledge of HEOR methodologies, HTA and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HEOR strategic evaluations for pipeline programs, including payer perspectives.
• Design and oversee economic models, RWE studies, and PRO assessments.
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial teams.
• Lead value dossiers and HTA submissions for global reimbursement and market access.
