Job summary

SSi People is seeking an experienced HEOR Consultant to contribute to health economics analyses and evidence generation across the product lifecycle. You will help shape analyses, literature reviews, and deliverables that support payer and HTA decision making.

The role involves leading or supporting evidence synthesis, protocol development, and execution of outcome research, including HCRU modeling and decision analytic modeling, in a rigorous, collaborative environment on-site in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with relevant experience in health economics, HTA, or outcomes research.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HCRU analysis, HCRU cost modeling, differences-in-differences, GLM-based methods, dosage-interval analyses, time-to-event analyses, and decision-analytic modeling (including Markov/simulation).
• Expertise in Excel, Python/R, SQL, and SAS; 5+ years with Excel, Python/R, and SQL.
• Experience with literature searches and working with open claims, closed claims, and EMR datasets; strong understanding of clinical development and real-world evidence.

Responsibilities

• Support evidence synthesis, outcomes research, and analytical work under project leads.
• Assist with protocol development and end-to-end execution of outcome research for launches and commercialization.
• Conduct primary, secondary, and exploratory analyses (HCRU, cost modeling, time-to-event, etc.) and decision analytic modeling.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports, slides, abstracts, manuscripts, and other deliverables; communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
