Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a senior HEOR professional to design and execute health economics and outcomes research studies. You will work with Global Clinical Development, Medical Directors, and Market Access teams to generate evidence on disease burden and economic value.

The role requires advanced degrees in health outcomes or health economics and a track record in claims analysis, data modeling, and publication writing.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's in Health outcomes or health economics with 4+ years in Pharma HEOR OR PhD/PharmD with 2+ years experience.
• Strong data analytic skills including claims data and public datasets.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes HEOR studies to establish disease burden and economic value.
• Collaborates with Global Clinical Development and Medical Teams to support market access.
• Manages vendors and aligns HEOR content with brand strategy.
• Communicates complex data to cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
