Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences in San Diego, California is seeking an experienced HEOR professional to lead disease- and product-specific evidence projects that inform commercial strategy, value assessment and market access. You will collaborate with Global Clinical Development, Medical, and Field teams to deliver rigorous analyses, develop HEOR content, and manage vendors while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health outcomes or health economics or related field with 4+ years of pharma HEOR experience or HEOR fellowship.
• PhD/PharmD in Health outcomes or health economics or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong data analytics and publication/writing skills.
• Experience with claims data analysis and economic modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute disease- or product-specific HEOR projects to inform commercial strategy and market access.
• Develop HEOR content in collaboration with brand teams.
• Manage vendors and guide junior staff to deliver high-quality work.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet evidence needs of external stakeholders.
• Contribute to policy and procedure improvement within the department.
