Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) in Oncology. You will lead the development of health economic models and HEOR evidence demonstrating clinical and economic value across oncology indications, influencing market access, reimbursement, and adoption.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Commercial teams to translate HEOR findings into payer-ready materials and publication strategy

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in health economics, outcomes research or related field.
• 5–10+ years HEOR experience in biotech, diagnostics, pharma or related health care.
• Experience building and applying health economic models and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR modeling, budget impact, cost-effectiveness and other economic analyses.
• Integrate HEOR objectives into clinical development and real-world evidence plans.
• Develop and publish HEOR evidence through manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and reports.
• Translate HEOR evidence into payer value propositions and market access materials.
