Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Global Value and HEOR to shape payer evidence across neurology assets. You will lead US and global HEOR strategy, oversee economic modeling, and drive evidence generation from Phase 3b/4 through post-launch lifecycle.

You will partner with Market Access and Medical Affairs to defend value, secure access, and support pricing decisions, while coordinating with EU/INT teams on HTA re-assessments and regional strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in HEOR/global value or related roles.
• Experience with HTA, payer evidence, and post-launch evidence generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and US payer evidence strategy across neurology portfolio.
• Develop and maintain HEOR deliverables (AMCP dossiers, economic models, RWE studies).
• Collaborate with EU/INT HEOR teams on HTA re-assessments and renewals.
• Guide US Payer Field Team to enable value-based decisions and access.
