Job summary

Servier seeks a Director of HEOR/RWE Neurology Lead in a Boston-based hybrid role to develop and execute evidence strategies for neurology assets from development through launch and lifecycle management.

You will lead HEOR/RWE programs, collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams, and shape launch readiness and payer evidence to support access and value demonstration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Outcomes or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years HEOR/RWE experience in pharma or consulting.
• Experience leading HEOR/RWE strategy for pipeline assets and at least one major product launch.
• In-depth knowledge of US regulatory and payer landscapes for HEOR/RWE.
• Strong leadership and matrix-team management.
• Excellent communication of complex data to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of HEOR/RWE strategies for neurology assets.
• Serve as HEOR/RWE strategic lead for BMD, DMD, and neurology programs.
• Develop integrated evidence generation plans across clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and commercial.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evidence plans for differentiation, reimbursement, and patient access.
• Lead launch readiness and pipeline leadership with evidence generation milestones.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial on value narratives.
