Lilly is seeking a Research Scientist in HEOR to design, select, and evaluate clinical outcome assessments across the cardiometabolic portfolio. You will contribute to instrument selection, psychometric analyses, and translate patient experiences into inputs for regulatory and payer materials.

Qualifikationen

Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3–5 years
OR PharmD/MS degree with 3–5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
Strong comprehension and communication skills, ability to translate complex scientific information

Lead HO evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional teams.
Develop HO research strategy for Lilly portfolio across therapeutic areas.
Communicate HO information to internal teams, scientific community, and customers.
