Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a strategic HEOR leader to shape health outcomes, economic value, and real-world evidence across CMH assets. You will partner with development, commercialization, and market access teams to translate HEOR insights into product strategy.

The role requires extensive HO methodology expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while advancing patient access and value demonstration globally.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 7+ years OR PharmD/MS with 7+ years in creating, executing, and delivering HO strategies/projects.

Responsibilities

• Drives HEOR strategy across CMH portfolio, from early development to commercialization.
• Leads HO evidence planning and implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Mentors junior scientists in HEOR methodologies and best practices.
• Communicates technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
• Plans dissemination of HO research and manages projects to timelines and budget.
