Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis invites a HEOR Research Scientist to lead health outcomes evidence needs across cardiometabolic portfolios. You will plan and execute PRO/HO research, contribute to regulatory and payer materials, and guide strategic HO research initiatives globally.

You will work with senior HEOR and clinical leaders, manage projects, and influence decision makers across development and commercialization teams while leveraging real-world evidence and economic modeling expertise.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 3-5 years OR PharmD/MS degree with 3-5 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
• Strong comprehension and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific information clearly.
• Understanding of health care systems in US/Europe/Asia; experience with health care delivery models and clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Drives HO research strategy and integrates HEOR from development through commercialization.
• Develops and executes HO research plans, including PRO/ClinRO/ObsRO/PerfO strategies and RWE.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration and maintains strategic relationships with internal/external decision makers.
