Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Medical Technologist degree with at least 7 years in medical sales or lab sciences.
• English and French required.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Total Solution Selling: Formulates Territory Plan to achieve annual sales objectives with HSAMs and RSDs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership across HSAMs, Marketing, Corporate Accounts and Consulting teams.
• Strategic Positioning of Lab-of-the-Future portfolio with automation and digital solutions.
• Technical Advocacy: Delivers COF presentations to hospital management, positioning Sysmex advantages.
• CRM discipline to keep account information up to date and move opportunities through the funnel.
• Stays up-to-date on market trends to adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Maintains a high-impact field presence averaging 4 days per week to advance opportunities.
