Job summary

Sysmex is seeking a Consultant, Hemostasis Optimization to drive sales across a broad Mountain West region with 70% travel. You will coordinate with Health System Account Managers, corporate teams, and service groups to meet annual goals and grow the laboratory solutions portfolio.

You will present the Lab‑of‑the‑Future strategy to hospital management, deliver clinical and financial analyses, and maintain rigorous CRM discipline while expanding key customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in medical sales or lab sciences.
• Fluency in English and valid driver's license.
• Experience in sales, preferably in medical or lab settings.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
• Strong business and scientific knowledge to position Sysmex as a partner.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute Territory Plan to hit annual sales goals.
• Collaborate with HSAMs, RSDs, and cross-functional teams.
• Present Lab-of-the-Future vision to hospital management.
• Deliver clinical, operational, and financial presentations.
• Maintain CRM discipline and advance opportunities through funnel.
• Utilize independent decision-making to drive territory growth.
• Adhere to company guidelines and asset usage.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain high-impact field presence (about 4 days/week).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
