• Bachelor’s degree minimum required; 8+ years in pharma/pharmaceutical/biotech industries preferred.
• Experience designing and executing opinion leader engagement programs with tracking vs goals.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a ONE Pfizer approach integrating Opinion Leader engagement plans for HCPs and researchers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Medical, Key Account Teams, Policy, Patient Affairs, Communications to align engagement strategies.
• Gather and synthesize insights from 1:1 engagements, advisory boards and congress activities.
• Translate stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations for commercial execution and strategy.
• Maintain engagement plans and tracking of interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate speaking engagements and speaker programs; manage engagement metrics and evaluations.
• Ensure activities comply with Pfizer legal, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Share insights across teams to enhance engagement strategy and identify opportunities.
