Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a US Hematology Thought Leader Engagement Lead to develop and execute a national/regional engagement plan for hematology thought leaders across lymphoma, myeloma, and leukemia. You will coordinate relationships end-to-end within a broader cross-functional Pfizer team and shape engagement strategies for national, emerging, and community leaders.

The role requires extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, marketing, medical affairs, strategy, or business development.
• Experience designing and executing opinion leader engagement programs with tracking against goals.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive ONE Pfizer integration to engage HCPs and researchers across Hematology.
• Partner with Marketing, Medical, KAM, Policy, Patient Affairs, Communications to align strategies.
• Synthesize insights from engagements to inform portfolio strategy and execution.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for commercial planning.
• Develop and maintain engagement plans with tracking of interactions and outcomes.
• Coordinate connections between opinion leaders and internal experts.
• Support speaking engagements and speaker programs.
• Design and manage engagement metrics and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure activities comply with Pfizer compliance and regulatory standards.
