Qualifications

• Graduate of CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as RN and APRN in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive care in infusion center and ambulatory settings.
• Performs pre-treatment evaluations and orders tests as needed.
• Documents plan of care and clinical findings in the medical record.
• Provides patient education and discharge planning in collaboration with the care team.
• Participates in rounds, clinical protocols, and inter-disciplinary program development.
