Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an APRN in West Virginia.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required with ALS training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive and individualized care for hematology/oncology patients.
• Completes daily rounds and pre-treatment evaluations in infusion center and ambulatory clinics.
• Develops and reviews plan of care with the clinical team and coordinates discharge planning.
