Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CCNE accredited nursing program with Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• National Certification by one of the recognized APRN Certification Centers.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as RN and APRN in West Virginia.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required with ALS as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages comprehensive and individualized care for patients in infusion center and ambulatory settings.
• Completes daily rounds and pre-treatment evaluations; participates in clinics and inpatient care.
• Orders tests or consults per guidelines; communicates results to staff.
• Develops care plans and coordinates discharge planning and follow-up.
• Educates patients and families; documents care plans in medical records.
